These terms govern your purchase of and access to the Solar Installer Business Academy ("the Academy").

1. The program

The Academy is professional business training delivered online. It is not an accredited qualification. Students who complete the program receive a certificate of completion.

2. No guarantee of results

We teach systems and methods, but results depend on your market, effort, execution and advertising budget. Advertising results and customer savings figures vary and are never guaranteed.

3. Access and accounts

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for the lifetime of the program. Do not share your login or redistribute materials.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Whop. Prices are shown before purchase. See our refund policy.

5. Booking website add-on (monthly subscription)

[Draft] The optional done-for-you booking website is a recurring subscription of $500/month, billed monthly through Whop. It includes building the site from the information you submit, plus hosting, updates and support while the subscription is active.

[Draft] You can cancel the subscription at any time through Whop. Notice period: [to be confirmed]. When the subscription ends, the website is taken offline.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, templates and materials remain our property. You may use templates within your own business.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
