Refund Policy

We want every student to feel confident buying the Solar Installer Business Academy. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to ask for one.

Academy program ($2,500 one-time)

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 20% of the lessons. Your progress is tracked automatically in your dashboard.
• After 14 days, or once 20% or more of the lessons are completed, the purchase is non-refundable.
• When a refund is approved, your access to the Academy, its resources and any certificate is removed.
• Downloaded resources are licensed for your own business use only.

Booking website add-on ($500/month subscription)

• The booking website is a monthly subscription that includes hosting, updates and support, billed through Whop.
• You can cancel at any time in your Whop account. Cancelling stops all future payments.
• Payments for months already started are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused days.
• Your website stays live until the end of the month you have paid for, and is then taken offline.

EU, EEA and UK customers

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Our 14-day refund window above is designed to respect this. If you ask for immediate access to the digital course, you agree that your right of withdrawal may end once the content has been supplied, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under local consumer law.

Duplicate or unauthorised charges

If you were charged twice or did not authorise a payment, contact us and we will investigate and refund any error.

How to request a refund

Email veradostudios@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject "Refund request". We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
